Claims Expert: Full-time (1)

Overview

Want to help hard working, local families protect their homes? Great. Us too! We’re looking for a highly skilled individual with experience documenting home damage for insurance purposes. You may have worked for a carrier in the past, or maybe as an Independent Adjuster, but are now interested in joining an established, family-owned, highly-rated, local home improvement business.

At the end of the day, you’ll be the one responsible for documenting the sudden and accidental damage incurred but also preparing claims packets on behalf of Pioneer Home Solutions that helps homeowners get the most out of their insurance policies (which many have never studied … or even read). You’ll be working alongside a team of professionals that put customer satisfaction at the very top of our priority list, second only to safety.

The ideal candidate is a total wiz with both Xactimate and Symbility, has access to reliable personal transportation, and lives in or around the Denver Metro Area. Compensation is a combination of a healthy base pay and supplemented by quarterly profit share.

Requirements

– Experience handling home insurance claims, either from the carrier side or as an Independent Adjuster
– Deep knowledge and experience understanding home insurance policy contracts
– Extensive knowledge of Xactimate and Symbility
– Must be located in or near the Denver Metro Area
– Must have access to reliable, personal transportation

 

Outside Sales Representative: Contract (Multiple)

Overview

Responsible for generating new sales opportunities and managing customer relationships throughout the production cycle. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.

Requirements

– Must live in Colorado, ideally front range

– Must have own transportation and legally be able to drive

– Must be able to meet regularly with sales team in Denver area

– Previous sales experience preferred, but not required

– Strong work ethic, desire to learn, history of reliability
