Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in promoting and facilitating the sale and distribution of roofing supplies or building products.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives, with a focus on driving revenue growth.

  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with existing customers, earning their trust and loyalty.

  • Aptitude for prospecting and developing new accounts, as well as re-engaging with inactive customers, utilizing various communication channels effectively.

  • Consistent achievement of sales plans and goals, demonstrating strategic sales planning and execution skills.

  • Exceptional negotiation skills, capable of identifying customer needs and negotiating win-win contracts to foster continued and future business relationships.

  • Willingness to continuously enhance product knowledge through participation in product knowledge seminars and training programs.

  • Ability to project a professional image of Pioneer Home Solutions in all interactions and representations, reflecting the company’s values and brand identity.

Essential Functions:

  • Promoting and facilitating the sale and distribution of Pioneer Home Solutions’s product lines and services, with a primary focus on achieving or surpassing sales targets.

  • Demonstrating expertise in roofing supplies or building product sales, ensuring a deep understanding of the industry and its offerings.

  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships with existing customers, emphasizing the value proposition, and building trust to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new prospects, developing new accounts, and re-engaging with inactive customers using various communication channels such as face-to-face meetings, emails, cold calls, and social media.

  • Meeting or exceeding sales plans and objectives through effective sales strategies and execution.

  • Identifying customer needs, establishing strong rapport, and negotiating mutually beneficial contracts to secure ongoing and future business opportunities.

  • Continuously enhancing product knowledge through participation in product knowledge seminars and training sessions.

  • Maintaining a professional image of Pioneer Home Solutions in all interactions and representations.
